My name is Tess, and I’m a psychologist and training consultant. After having personally experienced patterns of stressful work in high demand environments, which left me recovering from PTSD and burnout … I knew there had to be a better way! Thankfully that experience and over 4 years of research led me to discovering a better approach to my work based on Radical Self-Care - that supports carers in finding greater levels of meaning and purpose in their caregiving without compromising their health. |
That’s why I created the Carer Fatigue and Burnout Program so that you can learn to value and prioritise your self-care, and find greater satisfaction in your role and your contribution to others and to society.
